How do I contact support?
Updated October 1, 2026
Open a support ticket in the support channel of the Clipster Discord. Your Discord account must be linked to your Clipster account first. Most tickets are answered within 24 hours.
Before you open a ticket
Many problems are fixed by these steps:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a private window.
- Try another browser (Chrome, Edge or Safari) or turn off browser extensions.
- Update the app, or close and reopen it. You can also use the website instead.
- Check that your account and posts are public.
- Stats not updating? Open the submission in My Activity → Submissions and check when it refreshes next. Views only update while the campaign is running.
For more fixes, see Something isn't working. What can I try?. Also check the help centre article for your topic.
How to open a ticket
- Connect your Discord in Settings → Login Methods (in the app: Profile → Login methods). Without it, you cannot open a ticket.
- Join the Clipster support Discord: discord.gg/jANSrfvg2x (also in the app under Help → Support). Go to the support channel.
- Choose a category:
- General: account questions, feature requests
- Technical: upload problems, app not loading, bugs, account issues
- Content: campaign requirements, content guidelines
- Payment: missing payment, wrong amount, payout delay
- Appeals: a rejected submission or a suspended account
- Fill in the form. For technical issues, add a screenshot or screen recording of the problem.
What to include
- Your Clipster username
- The post link and campaign name, if it is about a post
- What you were trying to do and what went wrong
- Any error message (a screenshot helps)
- What you already tried
After you open a ticket
- Our AI assistant answers first. If your case needs a person, it is passed to the support team.
- You can have one open ticket at a time. Close it before you open a new one.
- Do not send extra messages while you wait. Each new message moves you to the back of the queue.
- Do not ping team members. Pinging staff directly gets you a temporary timeout on Discord.
Priority support
Priority support is a Gold rank perk ($1,000 lifetime earnings). Your tickets are handled faster. The support panel in Discord shows the current requirement. See What are ranks, and what perks do I get?.
Not getting DMs from the Clipster Bot
- Check your Discord is connected in Settings → Login Methods.
- Check you are on the right Discord account.
- Allow DMs from server members (User Settings → Privacy & Safety).
- Check your message requests, and that the bot is not blocked.
Can't chat in the Discord?
General chat needs at least $1 in earnings. After you reach $1, the chat role is added automatically. This can take up to one hour. General chat is not available on every Clipster server.
Reporting another creator
You can report someone for stealing your clips or for suspected viewbotting. Open a ticket and add screenshots, their Clipster username, and links to the original and copied posts. The team reviews every report. The actions taken may not be shared with you.
Becoming a Community Helper or joining the team
- Community Helper: read the requirements on the Community Helper Program page. If you meet them, open a support ticket.
- Jobs: see open roles in the Jobs section on clipster.gg. Follow up on an application by email. Support can't see application status.
Other ways to reach us
- No Discord? Use the Contact Us form and choose "I need help with something". Add your Clipster username and email.
- Suspended account: use the Suspended Account appeal. See Why was my account suspended, and can I appeal?.
