What do logo and music campaigns require?

Updated October 2, 2026

Logo campaigns need the correct logo in the approved position (use the provided template), clearly visible and looping for the whole video. Music campaigns need the required sound, tagged on the post, as the main audio for the whole video. These rules come on top of What rules does every clip need to follow?.

Logo campaigns

Logo rules

  • Use the template. Use the provided template file ("LOGO_PRE_PLACED", 1080×1920). The logo is already in the approved position. Do not move, resize or reposition it.
  • Don't change the logo. Logos come as GIFs with a transparent background. No stretching, distorting, recolouring, filters or effects.
  • One logo only. Multiple logos are not allowed.
  • Keep it visible. The logo must be clearly visible at all times. Captions, usernames, buttons or other graphics must not cover more than 50% of it.
  • Let it loop. Animated logos must play from start to finish without interruption and loop. The logo must stay fully visible for the required time (usually 7–25+ seconds, depending on the logo).
  • Stay out of the red zone. A logo that overlaps the safezone's red "no-go" zone by more than 25% will most likely be rejected.
  • The most common mistakes are a logo that is too small, or placed in a corner or on the side.
  • A logo campaign cannot be combined with another campaign in the same post.

Where to find the logo

Use the assets linked in the campaign details. Check the campaign's Discord channel for updates to the logo or instructions.

Sound rules

  • Tag the required sound when you post. Having the song audible is not enough. The platform's official tag for that sound must be on the post.
  • Get the sound from the campaign. Use the audio link in the campaign details. Original audio or a different sound link makes the post ineligible, even if the right song is audible.
  • You may use the platform's original sound to loop the audio, but the required sound must still be tagged.
  • Volume: the song must be the main audio, at least 75% volume, and play throughout the video. A short intro is OK.
  • Song already in your edit? Add the campaign sound in TikTok at 1% volume so the post is still tagged with the right song. If your video doesn't include the song, add it in TikTok and set it to 75% or higher before posting.
  • Length: the video must be longer than 10 seconds.
  • Short song? Extend it with editing tools and keep using the original required audio.
  • On-screen lyrics: only required if the campaign says so.

TikTok replaced my sound

TikTok sometimes swaps the campaign sound after posting. This can lead to a rejection. Keeping the audio at 75% volume or more helps. It can also happen if the sound is not available in your country. Check that before you post.

Engagement

Music campaigns need at least 3% engagement. See the formula in What rules does every clip need to follow?.

Not allowed in music campaigns

  • Sexually suggestive content
  • IRL funny videos, reality shows or cricket

  • Combining the music campaign with another campaign (for example a logo) in the same post
