This monitoring helps us verify user authenticity and prevent violations of our terms of service across Discord servers related to Clipster or our partnered communities.

2. Message Content Analysis

We reserve the right to monitor and analyze message content in Clipster-related Discord servers to detect and prevent:

• Unauthorized advertising or promotional content
• Sharing of referral links or codes outside of designated channels
• Spam or repetitive messaging that disrupts community discussions
• Attempts to circumvent platform rules or policies
• Content that violates our Community Guidelines

3. Enforcement Actions

Users found to be in violation of these Discord-related policies may face the following consequences:

• Removal from Clipster Discord servers

By connecting your Discord account to Clipster, you consent to this monitoring within the scope described above. We only access information necessary for policy enforcement and community safety. Personal conversations in private channels or direct messages are not monitored unless specifically reported for violations. Users may disconnect their Discord account at any time, though this may limit access to certain platform features and Discord-exclusive campaigns.

5. Opt-Out Options

Users who wish to opt out of Discord presence and message tracking while maintaining their Discord account connection may request exemption by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Discord Monitoring Opt-Out Request."

Please note that opting out of Discord monitoring may:

• Limit your eligibility for certain Discord-exclusive campaigns
